Fabio’s Gelato Loyalty Card – Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fabio’s Gelato Loyalty Card (“Fabio’s Card”) and your relationship with Fabio’s Gelato Limited (“Fabio’s”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the Fabio’s Card, you agree to these Terms.

1. Where the Loyalty Card Can Be Used
1.1 The Fabio’s Card may be used at participating Fabio’s Gelato retail stores only.
1.2 The Loyalty Scheme is not valid at our Weston production site, wholesale premises, pop-ups, events, third-party stockists or any non-retail location. Stamps cannot be earned or redeemed at these locations.

2. Earning Stamps
2.1 One stamp may be earned per customer per day when £5 or more is spent in a single transaction.
2.2 The £5 minimum must be reached in one transaction. Multiple transactions on the same day cannot be combined to qualify for additional stamps.
2.3 Only one stamp will be issued per customer per day, regardless of total spend.
2.4 A valid Fabio’s Card must be presented at the time of purchase. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively.
2.5 Certain items may be excluded from qualifying spend, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, merchandise and selected promotional items. Fabio’s reserves the right to determine qualifying items at its sole discretion.
2.6 Fabio’s reserves the right to refuse to issue a stamp where transactions are being split, structured or manipulated to gain additional stamps.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Loyalty Scheme is for genuine retail customers only.
3.2 Employees, directors, team members and anyone receiving staff benefits or staff discounts from Fabio’s Gelato are not eligible to collect stamps or redeem rewards under the Loyalty Scheme, whether on shift or off shift.
3.3 Fabio’s reserves the right to cancel or refuse any card where staff participation, misuse or abuse is identified.
3.4 Fabio’s Cards remain the property of Fabio’s Gelato Limited at all times.

4. Earning and Redeeming Rewards
4.1 A reward is earned when 10 stamps have been collected.
4.2 Reward options:
10 stamps =
• 1 scoop cup of gelato
OR
• 1 regular-sized hot drink (coffee)
4.3 The gelato reward applies to a single scoop served in a cup only. It excludes cones, waffle cones, additional scoops, toppings and all other products.
4.4 The hot drink reward applies to one regular-sized hot drink from our standard menu only.
It excludes:
• Large size upgrades
• Iced drinks
• Syrups or flavour shots
• Alternative milks
• Cream, toppings or add-ons
• Seasonal or promotional drinks
Any upgrades or additions will be charged at the standard menu price.
4.5 Rewards must be redeemed on a subsequent visit and cannot be redeemed in the same transaction in which the 10th stamp is earned.
4.6 Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
4.7 No cash alternative is available.
4.8 Rewards must be redeemed within 366 days from the date they are earned. Any unused rewards after this date will expire automatically.

5. General Conditions
5.1 Stamps and rewards are personal to the card holder and cannot be transferred, pooled, shared or merged with another card.
5.2 Fabio’s Cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for commercial purposes.
5.3 Fabio’s reserves the right to correct any stamp or reward balance if an error has occurred.
5.4 Fabio’s may suspend or cancel a card where fraud, tampering, duplication or misuse is suspected. Any stored rewards may be voided in such circumstances.

6. Lost or Damaged Cards
6.1 Fabio’s is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
6.2 Lost stamps or rewards cannot be replaced.

7. System Availability
7.1 Fabio’s does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Loyalty Scheme.
7.2 In the event of IT, till or communications failure, Fabio’s may be unable to add stamps or redeem rewards during such disruption.

8. Liability
8.1 Except in cases of death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or where otherwise required by law, Fabio’s maximum liability in connection with the Loyalty Scheme shall not exceed the value of rewards stored on the card.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Changes to the Scheme
9.1 Fabio’s reserves the right to amend these Terms or withdraw the Loyalty Scheme at any time on reasonable notice.
9.2 Updated Terms will be published at www.fabgelato.com.
