Opened in 2015, Fabio’s Gelato Hitchin is where it all began. Located in Hitchin Market Square, right in the heart of the town.
All of our award-winning artisan gelato is produced at our Weston kitchen and delivered fresh to Hitchin.

In store, you’ll find 10 ever-changing flavours of handmade gelato and sorbets, alongside our popular build-your-own sundae and waffle experience — a favourite with both kids and adults. Hitchin is also home to our crumble counter, available exclusively at this location.

The menu is completed with locally roasted artisan coffee, thick and creamy milkshakes, soft serve, soft drinks, a selection of homemade cakes, and indulgent brownies supplied by Bakehouse Letchworth.

Here you’ll find 18 ever-changing flavours of handmade gelato and sorbets, alongside a tempting selection of home-baked cakes, cookies and cheesecakes. We also offer our popular build-your-own sundae experience, perfect for both kids and adults.

Opened in 2021, Fabio’s Gelato Weston is our production kitchen, located at Lannock Manor Farm, Weston, where all of our gelato is made.
​
This is a working gelato kitchen, where flavours are crafted in small batches using specialist machines and quality ingredients. When the doors are open, you may be able to pop in and grab some freshly made gelato to take away. When closed, we’re busy producing gelato for our shops.

Weston is typically open Friday to Sunday, though times may vary as this is a working production kitchen.
