Each cake serves 6-10 adults & can go back in the freezer if there are leftovers
Gelato cake to be stored in its box in the freezer. When you are ready for pudding, pop it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to soften enough to cut & serve easily.

Once an order has been placed we will email you to arrange a collection day/date. We require a minimum of 5 working days (Monday- Friday) for each bespoke order to be created especially for you

Store in the freezer at home in our packaging at -20deg
Pop into the fridge 15-20mins before serving, this brings the gelato up to temperature -15deg making it soft and delcious to cut and eat.
Cakes serves 6-10 portions
