Week 2- Friday 16th Feb

* Physiology of labour & birth

* Positions for labour & pain relief

* Induction of labour

* Pain relief

* Different types of delivery

Week 3- Friday 23rd Feb

* Third stage of labour

* The golden hour

* Inital exam of the newborn

* Physical & emotional recovery

* Important signs & symptoms to watch out for

Week 4- Friday 1st March

* Breastfeeding

* Formula feeding

* Nappies

* Safe sleeping

* Fourth trimester

Costs

£225 per pair for a 4 week evening course

2 hours session 7pm-9pm at Fabios gelato in Hitchin
